About Me
Growing up on the Somerset Levels, it was almost a certainty that I would end up loving the natural world. Now as a 24-year-old wildlife photographer I hope to share my passion with anyone who will listen.
In my younger years, I was a committed member of the Scout movement in which I learnt a lot of the knowledge and skills I use today. Alongside Scouts, I started volunteering for the RSPB filling bird feeders at RSPB Swell Woods, a reserve that I still regularly visit. From there I began photographing the birds and wildlife of the reserves that I volunteered at, I was hooked!
On leaving college I moved down to Cornwall to start a photography degree course at Falmouth University. Over the 3 years, I threw myself into nature. From working for a wildlife cruise company to caving with Cornwall Bat Group on hibernation surveys, there wasn’t a corner of Cornwall I left unexplored.
After returning to the real world, I’m as determined as ever to share my obsession for the natural world.
